IPv6 환경에서 WireGuard와의 충돌로 인해 패킷 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다.

IPv6를 비활성화하고 테스트해 보세요.
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1

영구적으로 적용하려면 
/etc/sysctl.conf에 추가:net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
